Completely Confidential
All communication during the mediation process is confidential. All parties will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement at the beginning of engagement.
You will be in a safe place to share, question and reinvent ideas and concepts.
Only by Intention
All parties must agree to mediation as it is not ordered or required during a litigation. However, most courts will advise parties to go to mediation prior than moving towards a jury trial. Nonetheless, mediation is voluntary and must be agreed up by both parties.
Carefully Evaluated & Structured
There is no magic formula or traditional way we have to conduct a mediation process. Sessions may be divided over days and weeks or may happen in a one-day session. It really depends on the parties needs and requests.
Fast & Effecient
The mediation process is pretty straight forward and will involve a few steps prior to the day of mediation. Therefore, you could reach a resolution in up to 1-2 weeks after booking
(depending on availability).
